5. We may facilitate transfer of information to third party upon request of the customer if the customer has expressed interest in the third party's products or services.

6. Whenever we engage in business with another organization, we will require them to conform to our Privacy Guarantee and allow us to audit their compliance.

7. We will keep customer files complete, up to date, and accurate. We will allow our customers to access these files whenever they require.
